1. Seahawks: Most of the core is still under contract. Main FA is Bennett who will be priority 1. Everyone else isn't a big loss if they aren't brought back. Likely cap casualties include Rice and Clemons. Extensions could be in works for Thomas and Sherman. Draft focus should be on Offensive line. Need Guard(s) and RT. Improve line and Seattle could be even better next year as Offense gets more consistent.
2. SF: Yes over Denver. The real SB indeed, although I think they have a much tougher time with Denver than Seattle did because they don't have the secondary. Injury to Bowman could be big. Kap also do extension. Can they afford Boldin who wouldn't take a pay cut for a SB winner, why would he do it for an also ran? Draft focus could be replacement WR, Line upgrades, and depth. Is Gore still feature back?
3. Denver. Can they afford Decker? Is it an and or for Moreno? Defense needs major upgrades. Still class of AFC but can they find some balance?
4. Patriots: Lot of defensive injuries and haven't won since they went offense over defense. Still main needs are WRs and consistent RB. Set up as yet another year as close but not good enough
5. Panthers: Huge defensive upgrades after landing new DTs. Offense needs to catch up. QB shouldn't be your best runner and need more receiving threats. Could take next step

Also-ran is a bit strong. 49ers have Lattimore working his way back to replace Gore, could end up being a real steal.

It's SB Winners and also ran, Why would Boldin go for a team that doesn't win over a team that won? Can clearly still play. Lattimore could be a replacement for Gore, If they decide to dump the RB on the wrong side of 30, but he's unproven and coming off an injury. At best it's a wash. Kap contract could hurt the defense though

Denver is supposedly going to let Moreno and Decker test the FA market. But Denver goes as Manning does.

Could take next step Outside of a receiver, SF really has to rework their secondary. Get some guys that can cover. New England definitely, badly needs receivers, but if I were them, I'd also look into another tight end as Gronk is proving to be injury prone. I think they're set in their trio of RBs(Ridley, Blount, Vereen), though.

You think NE brings Blount back and at how much? He is a FA and Ridley is always in doghouse with fumbles

Maybe the Rams could sell off some more McHoody draft picks like Austin Pettis and Lance Kendricks to the Pats. Brady could probably make better use of Pettis than the Rams are going to do. Pettis is probably odd man out and headed to the bench, especially if the Rams draft a WR early (Watkins?). Givens, Bailey and Tavon Austin would be the starters, with Watkins bumping either Givens or Bailey to 4th receiver. Brian Quick would still be in the mix for depth as well.

Pats offense goes as Brady goes. I am glad they are focusing on improving their defense again. It has been unstable for a few years. If they lose Wilfork they will suffer but hopefully he'll take a team discount. Afterall he is over 300lbs coming off an achilles injury

Wilfork demanded his release. Doesn't want a pay cut. Sounds like a guy insulted not negotiating.
Pats got much better secondary if they are allowed to play man, but still not best team in AFC

He might get traded to Oakland if he keeps talking shit though

Asked for a paycut because NE needs to create salary cap room. If he doesn't could very easily be a cap casualty and NE can't replace him unless they use draft pick for D-Line
