So how does this work, by the amount of posts a member has made or the length of time they've been on the site?
I see some people as "New members", some as "Registered" and one or two as "Loyal members".
Would be cool to know how to climb the ranks.

It's mostly by post count / participation... but some older accounts won't see a change until the next system update. I believe your account will rank up within the next day or so, then you will see an immediate change.
The ranking system is being tweaked a bit, but I'll post more details in here once it is complete.
