Good interview.
Could have won 7+ chips if they had gotten along, for sure.

Had he handed the keys over to a PRIME Kobe and gracefully stepped aside, they win easily. Prime Kobe took Smush Parker, Kwame Brown, and Luke Walton to the playoffs.

Prime Kobe took Smush Parker, Kwame Brown, and Luke Walton to the playoffs. Even so, not 7. Would eventually have needed to pick up another piece or two, but I definitely see 7+ on the radar. I mean, Kobe basically turned Gasol, Ariza, and Artest into champs overnight... and that was at age 31. His prime was essentially wasted.

From age 26-29, AKA PRIME, he had horse shit for teammates. I dare you to compare that to Lebron or Duncan or Shaqs primes.

Shaq ego keeps his remaining fingers bare. He could've passed the torch like Kareem did to magic. Although one has to admit Kobe persona is not close to magics either. Kobes not entirely faultless. Both had personalities that were just not designed to mesh in the long run.

Last time they played together, they dominated the Allstar game and won Co MVP
