Slow start again for the Lakers reversing the trend that had developed after switching up the starting lineup to include Rui.
Way early and Atlanta does not have a good defense so we should be able to get rolling.
Doesn’t feel like many of us fans believe in this years team.

My lack of belief is the lack of confidence in the head coach. AD and Bron have been healthy. Solid role players in Reaves, D'Lo and Rui. Of course they have flaws and have had injuries but better coaching and no way this team would be 1Oth right now.

I just found out he is "With the SB Lakers" then I looked at their schedule and found they are in the middle of 6 days off (last game March 15th and next is the 21st) and Mays, Giles, and Lewis are all with the Lakers. Something isn't adding up

Well that was a beatdown as it should have been.
DLo tied the franchise record for 3 pointers. 1 more for the record.
Lakers in March are shooting 44% from 3pt land, 1st in the league. That's a welcome sight.

Something isn't adding up I’d say the time has passed for his opportunity to play this season. Maybe Ham is just a terrible coach and he never stood a chance but from what I’ve seen he has no NBA level offensive game. He’s a cup driver but isn’t particularly fast, can’t throw down on guys and his floater game is subpar. Don’t even get me started on his jump shot. I’ve also seen he does have above average vision and passing so there is a little bit of hope for the guy provided he can become a respectable scorer. His body and frame make him ideal for defensive switching but I haven’t seen anything from him that tells me he has the ability to be elite on that end either. Lakers political mouthpieces are chalking his woes up to injuries but I don’t buy that either. He looks affected mentally more than physically. He could have a growth offseason and come in next year ready to get minutes and contribute, hopefully under new guidance. As for this season? Enjoy the G League kid.

He's been lighting it up with SB (22 ppg, 43% from 3 on 5 att/g, 5 ast, 5 reb), would love to see even a twinkle of that at this level, but so far no.

Yeah I saw that he had been playing solid over there and then the last time he got floor time he went out and shot a ton of shots and missed them all in garbage time. Looks like one of those kids who needs a long leash and patience. Not the player for the Lakers, that’s a player for a rebuild / youth movement. Bottom line dumbest pick in a decade for the Lakers and it was our only decent pick numerically in 6 years.

Definitely needs some work but the mental part is what's scary.

Honestly stopped caring about anything related to this kid about 3 months ago. Playoff rotation is all I was thinking and he’s the 14/15th man on the roster. Only 1-10 play in the playoffs.
