I didn’t read any direct quotes from any players saying something that gives the headline legitimate backing. It was a lot of projection and inference which is lazy clickbait journalism. The article is framed by stating that “analysts have weighed” and that it is their belief that the players must be frustrated. Fuck this kind of shitty journalism.
I imagine some of the players are frustrated but until someone actually voices their frustration I won’t speculate for them.
Hams new starting lineup has holes but so does every single other combination of players. As much as I like Vando I think he’s the odd man out because his offense is too deficient and Cam Reddish is too inconsistent. For the right balance of offense and defense I’d sub Rui for Vando and let Vando play small ball center when AD goes out.

May be true that it is clickbait material as that certainly crossed my mind before I posted it. At the same time, I have to believe that there is some truth in that even without any direct quotes from players. I know there's a lot of frustration on my part watching this garbage.

Had we lost to OKC, sitting on 6 straight losses I’d be right there with you brother. But that win vs OKC was big for me. Thats a great young team and imo a top 4 team in the toughest conference I’ve ever seen.
These 2 full days off should reset the team a bit and get us back on track. If we derail from here then it’s another story. Ham isn’t the coach I wanted but I don’t see a way out. It’s not like there is an unemployed Ty Lue sitting around waiting to be hired.

I am with you on this one. There is not another good option right now, At least Ham brings a defensive toughness mindset, which is something that a lot of recent Laker teams have lacked.

I know we're stuck with Ham.
I'm just telling it like it is though. He's the biggest problem and until that gets fixed, be prepared to see more of what we're seeing.

All for that brother because that’s what’s always made our board special. But I think Ham deserves some credit for the positive things he’s done like constructing a top 5 defense. It’s not easy to be top 5ish in offense or defense so I do give credit for those achievements when they happen.

If Ham is ever fired this season (he won't be imo) they won't hire another coach until the offseason at earliest. They'd probably just let Phil Handy get his shot. He wants the job.

No way he gets fired this year. He’d have to spectacularly flame out like Vogel or get in a tiff Lebron to even be fired this summer imo.
