I find it interesting that less than a year after the infamous DLo Westbrook trade, the Lakers are supposedly interested in getting “faster” and will reportedly target players who play with pace and speed.
Isn’t that what Westbrook does?
I really have always liked Murray since his days in San Antonio. He does play with speed and he’s a solid shooter and defender to boot. With Atlanta sputtering he is reportedly available for trade. I haven’t watched much Atlanta this season so I have no idea where they are thin as a team and what they desire but money wise DLo swap straight up work’s mathematically.
Obviously they’d never do that move but giving up our 2029 1st and Max Christie might sweeten enough? Austin should be off limits for anything less than a superstar imo.
Maybe the Hawks need a big wing like Rui?

I'd be trying to pull Capela from them too.

I'd be trying to pull Capela from them too. I doubt the Lakers have the pieces to pull that off, even if they did include Reaves. Not enough picks or enticing young players to include.
