Pretty sure he was looking for Lebron too. DLo and Dinwiddie filled in for him.

Couldn’t be more pathetic but what it’s gonna be til the wheels fall off this season. Can you imagine Pat Riley, Phil Jax etc looking around for Lebron or letting DLo and Dinwiddie run that huddle

They need to add Rondo as an assistant I would love that too, but Rondo keeps getting in trouble in off the court stuff so I don't think teams want to touch him right now. But he would be perfect to have on this coaching staff.

Hope he can get his shit together because he has a great basketball mind.

This guy has been losing his mind about Hams drop coverage defensive schemes that have been getting picked apart by teams with good guards all season.

I gotta admit, after watching that video Shao posted, this dude had me shaking my head too.... This guy is absolutely exposing the defensive incompetency of this team. These mistakes are all coaching related. By the way, I heard Brian Windhorst on ESPN today say that the Lakers in the last 15 games are ranked #29 in defense. The only team behind them is Utah.

I also listened do Ham's postgame interview last night and he kept repeating over and over that the team is not paying attention to the details on the floor.
If the team is not paying any attention to details at this point in the season, it means that YOU are not doing a good job in coaching them to pay attention to detail. Players not paying enough attention to detail is what they should struggle with during training camp and early in the season, not in March.

AD ain’t winning DPOY now with the Laker defense stinking so badly. But when you do have AD and your defense is bottom of the league bad for any stretch of the season, you aren’t good at your job. The Buss family brass has picked terrible coaches for more than a decade.

He can say that, but when he's using someone like Prince defensively on guards, attention to detail only goes so far. Prince is that crutch that he just can't help forcing into bad matchups. In addition, the backcourt doesn't help defensively rebound enough, which almost always leads to wide open 2nd chance 3s. Things look temporarily rosy after a blow out win vs an undermanned Hawks team, but these issues are on-going. Rob's got a hand in this too, since all those option years for the league min guys almost prevent the Lakers from going out and getting a replacement if Wood is done for the year. Those option years become dead money for 24/25 if those players are dumped.

Lakers must be satisfied enough with how Hayes is playing. With Wood out they're just rolling with AD/Hayes. Giles seems to be getting the garbage time mins over Castleton now too.

Clippers also got worked by the Pacers on the second night of an LA B2B for Indiana. WTF lol? 2 wins in the past 5 games, both against Portland.
