Thats what they said about Obama. Keeps apologizing for bush. Global apology tour. Sure, but what did it get him? 2 terms in office. Exactly my point.

Ehh....that’s much to do about nothin. It’s petty stuff and he’s addressing it early enough so it won’t be a bigger issue later in his campaign. And if he did do something that was in fact serious, it speaks contrary to what we have in the White House today where they don’t apologize for anything regardless how vile and offensive it is. I would rather see someone in leadership who is actually willing to own a mistake and move forward than double down on stupidity at all cost so as not to look “weak”. He's just providing ammunition to Trump for any future debate, should Beto win the nomination. You know Trump will beat those nothing apologies into the ground for any edge he can get.

news.yahoo.com/us-alt-leader-no-charlottesville-without-trump-211142312.html;_ylt=AwrC1ClwDdxc.TYAGwPQtDMD;_ylu=X3oDMTEyODAwZXF2BGNvbG8DYmYxBHBvcwMxBHZ0aWQDQjc1MDZfMQRzZWMDc3I-"There is no question that Charlottesville wouldn't have occurred without Trump," Richard Spencer, a leader of the so-called "alt-right," said in an interview with The Atlantic magazine.
"It really was because of his campaign and this new potential for a nationalist candidate who was resonating with the public in a very intense way," Spencer said. (The only part I disagree with is his reference to the "public" in a general sense. It resonated for sure with a certain segment of the public) "The alt-right found something in Trump," he said. "He changed the paradigm and made this kind of public presence of the alt-right possible." "I was proud of him at that moment," he said. This is coming from a self described white supremacist Richard Spencer, not from someone who opposes Trump.
Of course this is no surprise to most of us here, but those who willingly continue to brush aside or minimize his racism can no longer argue otherwise. This is the only thing I will agree with Richard Spencer on.

The House moving forward with impeachment of Trump.....knew something had to drop after newly exposed corrupt acts by this president which further violated the rule of law was brought to light.
This will be interesting how this process plays out. I would love to see some of these Cowardly republican congressmen get a spine and turn on this guy (especially those in the Senate) instead of worrying about staying in power.
Take your popcorn out.....

Take your popcorn out..... What a saga for politics. An entire party complicit with open front corruption and assault on morality. Their hypocritical values have been completely revealed on every level. Never again will I hear a peep when it comes to the subject of morality on their behalf. Notice how the fucktard supporters are dead quiet right now? The chimps don’t have a script to go out and repeat at the moment since White House officials are currently scrambling to make some semblance of an argument but have yet to establish one. That’s how you know who the chimps are; they have no original thought of their own.

The only thing that matters to his supporters in Congress is staying in power.....not what's morally and legally right or wrong. The republicans during Nixon's time are putting to shame these republicans in office today. It's going to be a fun day in my AP Government class tomorrow 2b.

I been teaching for a long time and to this day the day after the election in 2016 was the hardest day of teaching in my life. I have to play the neutral role in the classroom but the bottomline is that students are not stupid. And I won't treat them like they are. They know what their friends positions are on politics and they know where their teachers stand whether we actually tell them or not. So sometimes I let loose in the classroom, but most times I try to choose my words carefully in trying to get them to critically think about both sides of an issue.

I have a couple other friends who are also teachers, one is government/ US history too... they’ve both expressed how difficult it’s been to handle. Luckily it’s California not a shit kicker cousin fucking shit for brains state.

Trump has never been involved in a negotiation that wasn't about himself. Why would that change when he became President?
When the people wanted a businessman as president, they should've aimed higher than glorified used car salesman.

But because Republicans are ass licker hypocrites who control through party based power, not law nor principle, he’s able to do as he pleases, the constitution be damned. When a party becomes this obtuse it is not a democracy but their constituency is too stupid to know that.

Only explanation of how badly they want to protect their seats and happily compromise their integrity, principles and souls for the job.

It's telling when the Republicans who turned on Trump but at one time supported him and held office or was appointed by Trump to some government position openly say now that they always knew something was wrong with Trump but because of the prestige of the position they held did not want to say anything or quit until they were either fired or pursued some other ambition. Scaramucci, Omarosa (even though she was a nobody with no political substance whatsoever), Jeff Flake, Mitt Romney.....to name a few. Granted, Romney still has office but their talk about how bad Trump is is so empty to me. Where were you guys when he was talkin crazy on the campaign trail? Charlottesville? When he talks abusively about people of color? When he talked about immigrants from s-hole African countries? I can go on and on.
They're just as much a problem as Trump is.
