I will continue to keep bumping this thread to remind people who we have in the White House.
Donald Trump is a deeply confused and conflicted man who feels has a warped obligation to protect white supremacy by saying "some are very good people". At some point, when will Trump supporters say enough is enough and disavow this administration? He's made being a racist cool now. Now these cockroaches (who were always there) have a platform to stand on and no matter how much "Raid" is sprayed on them they are growing more and more immune to it.
Saturday it was Charlottesville, tomorrow it might be your town being invaded.

This past weekend there was a protest of white nationalists in Charlottesville, Virginia, which is approximately 120 miles South West of the White House. A group of counter protesters were run over by a car driven by a white nationalist. 19 people were injured and one woman was killed. Her name was Heather Heyer. I ask everyone to please join me in a moment of silence to remember Heather Heyer who stood up for the rest of us. Thank you.
White nationalists would like to see me personally put into an oven or a gas chamber. I do not agree with those people. Furthermore, I will protest against them every chance I get. President Donald Trump supports these white nationalists, and I say Donald Trump can burn in hell with the white nationalists. F#$% Trump.

We need to stop doing them the favor of calling them white nationalists or alt-right. They're skinheads, neo-nazis, etc. It took three tries for Trump to finally condemn them after this weekend, and even that he hedged. What a piece of shit.

I was just quoting from the Bleacher Report. Personally I call them Nazis, because that's what they are.
Also I know of no executive action taken by President Trump to do anything about this epidemic. He's a complete a$#h#@!.
I want an online database of all these Nazi fools along with their photos, histories, and their employers so we know who is hiring them. And I want the database to be on fbi.gov where everybody can see it. Inglorious S#$!heads.

Look how Trump ran his campaign. Should it surprise anybody that this is what we're dealing with today? Further, this goes all the way back to 2011 when Trump started that nativist and racist Birther movement and was allowed to get away with it without an apology. So this goes way back before Nov 8, 2016. No one will ever be able to kill all the cockroaches so the fact that we have them in 2017 doesn't surprise me at all. What you should be surprised about is that the president of the U.S. giving the cockroaches credibility. To me, it's not enough for people on the other side of the aisle to call him out, Republicans and the Trump apologists need to get a spine and come to their senses and try to salvage what's left of their conscious to call this man out for what he is--a white supremacist sympathizer. Until that happens, nothing will change and we will see more and more chaos and the Trump apologists and supporters will also be at fault too as far as I'm concerned. This man has proven over and over how historically ignorant he is. For someone of his stature and position he holds to equate a statue of Washington and General Lee completely reeks of historic contextual incompetency.

If the Democrats don't learn how to stand for something and take this administration to task for their misdeeds, very little will change.

I would say that the Democrats need to take a stand other than just being in opposition to Trump. They know how to stand against Trump, but to your point, they need to better articulate the issues they stand on and how they are going to sell those ideas to people living particularly in the Rust Belt states. The goal for Democrats isn't to win those hardcore Trump supporters who will support him no matter what, it's to win those Trump voters who previously voted for Obama in '08 and '12.

All the presidents men....getting offed.
When the other rats start leaving the sinking ship and Moeller completes his investigation, I'm hoping that the spineless Repubs will finally impeach this a-hole president.

Sad part is dems were the party of the working man. Unions etc. How does a out of touch billionaire speak for them? Dems need to regroup in a big way and need another charismatic leader like O. Nobody's stepping up to the plate yet. Gavin Newsom some say has the potential but I worry about a San Francisco liberal getting through to these folks.

But do you worry who's next? Pence? He might have the same philosophy judging by how he's ajwats standing by his man but may achieve it more tactfully. That could be worst.

Yes, that is a concern, but Trump is doing some real damage right now. He's got the neo-Nazis is a frenzy and Russian controlling the puppet strings. I mean what kinda of guy thanks the Russians for kicking out 700 US diplomats because he wanted to make cuts anyway. Dude is dangerous and incompetent. As for Pence, he is VP only because he's the empty head to which logic and political survival seems to be foreign to him. He will be incompetent but not dangerous, and if anything would be in survival mode because of Trump's taint. Who is going to trust this guy? He would have no political capital at all. Finally, Pence is not out of the woods. He claims to have known nothing of Russia, Flynn, Trump Jr., etc. Yeah right. That would make him the second most incompetent Pres we've had (after Trump), or a criminal and traitor.

He is however imo a savvy politician who could have the repubs rally behind him. After all they don't need much to come home to their guy. Supreme Court nomination and conservative values is of the utmost importance.
